So I’m Post Menopausal

 But,

There’s Still Life In These Ol’ Bones,

 I Ain’t Dead Yet,

I’m Only Five On My Worst Days,

And…

I Can Still Kick Up My Heels

 

Ladies, 

I’m doing a book on anti-aging and skin care for ladies who are post-menopausal…. age, not a requirement - I was 34 when an ovarian cyst ruptured. 

I would like to know how it has affected your skin (basically), but also how it has effected your emotions and way of life both physically and mentally. 

Many of the great women of our time, achieved greatness after the age of 45 or their children were grown and had flown the nest.
